• Thanks to the IQ-heating control the automatic feeder always prepares the feed with the optimum temperature in the mixer.
• The compact heat exchangers and boilers hardly emit heat into the environment, thus saving energy costs. In addition, the accurate temperature control avoids early creation of lime deposits.
• The fine sieve inside the pentagonal intensive mixer retains milk powder particles until they are completely dissolved.
• The standard manual training pump facilitates animals' familiarization to the automatic feeder.
• The Automatic Calibration System automatically checks the dosing weights of milk, milk powder and water: The weighing unit below the mixer jar checks and rectifies, if necessary, the quantity to be dosed.
• The worldwide unique Automatic Fever Measuring System (AFS) allows you to detect more rapidly calves being in a fever. The way it works is very simple: via the teat, every time the animal takes in the feed.
• The concentrate feeder from Förster-Technik facilitates concentrate-dependent feeding. As soon as the calf takes in a certain amount of concentrate, the feed quantity is continuously reduced, thus avoiding excessive consumption of milk powder and milk.
• The electronic animal scales transmits the weight data to the automatic feeder each time the animal takes in the feed. This allows you to keep an overview of the weight development of each individual calf.
