FT Multilyser is able to rapidly and cost-effectively detect the progesterone value in the milk. As the progesterone is released solely by the corpus luteum, it definitely provides information about the ovarian function and the state of heat cycle.

Progesterone is a directly measurable indicator of the oestrus cycle activity of the female sexual apparatus. Largely unaffected from environmental conditions, it  is able to show the increase and decrease of the corpus luteum as well as potential troubles in this course. Taking the previous events (calving, heat, insemination) into consideration, you can therefore easily draw conclusions on the state of the cycle.

FT Multilyser helps to detect heat more reliably, to better utilize detected heats, to signal "false heats" and abnormal oestrus cycles and to control treatment outcome.
