Economical advantages

The advantages of the CompactPasteur become apparent if we compare it with the pasteurizers available up to now: contrary to the vat pasteurizers and the plate pasteurizers, the CompactPasteur is able to pasteurize cost-effectively even slightest quantities. This allows you to react flexibly to sales fluctuations. The purchase costs of the CompactPasteur are considerably lower if compared with the plate pasteurizers. The installation costs are next to nothing. The labour- and maintenance costs are remarkably low. The same applies to the running costs which are up to 75 % less than the ones for the vat pasteurizers.

Needs only little space

The CompactPasteur only needs little space (0,2 m2) and can therefore be easily integrated into an already existing milk storage room. Moreover, the CompactPasteur can be cleaned automatically being therefore much easier and more comfortable than the vat pasteurizers. Considerably less detergent is consumed if compared with the plate pasteurizers.

The technic inside

The raw milk is pasteurized in coiled tubing heat exchangers which have been proving themselves thousandfold in the automatic calf feeders from Förster-Technik. Thanks to heat recovery and latest process- and sensor technology, the sensitive milk can be treated cost-effectively but above all quality can be preserved. The boiled taste can be avoided to a large extent.
