Because of the compact design, the direct marketer Schärer could forego at start-up the costy rebuilding of the milk room. Schärer adduces one further advantage: „The pasteurizer can be programmed in such a way to make it start at any time all-automatically. That way, you can benefit from the cheaper night current."

Type-tested according to the German standards

Unlike Switzerland, where the admission board must accept each new device individually, in Germany newly developed products must be type-tested. The small pasteurizer successfully passed this testing already some time ago.
