We take the protection of personal data and protection of your private sphere very seriously. We would like to explain here what it means when you use our personalized services and how we protect your data. In order to ensure the greatest possible protection of your private sphere we consider it self-evident that we comply with all the statutory provisions in relation to data protection.
Personal data are information about your identity. These include data such as your name, address, phone number end e-mail address. It is not necessary that you disclose personal data in order to access our web page. In certain cases however we do need your name and address together with further data to allow us to provide the services you have requested.
The same applies for instance when we are sending you information material and goods you have ordered, or when we are answering individual questions. Use for the intended purpose
We will collect, process and use the personal data made available by you online only for the purposes we have declared to you. We will not transfer your personal data to third parties unless you have given the necessary permission. We will collect personal data and transfer them to government institutions and authorities entitled to receive them only to the extent specified by the relevant legislation and insofar as we are required to do so by judicial rulings. Our employees and the service providers mandated by us are committed to maintaining confidentiality and to complying with the provisions of the Federal German data protection legislation.
Non-personal data that are collected
For organizational and technical reasons we store the following data arising from use of our web pages: the name of the pages that were called up, the browser and operating system that were used, the date and time of access, the search engines that were used, the names of files that were downloaded and your IP address. We evaluate these technical data on an anonymized basis and use them solely for statistical purposes to continually further optimize our Internet presence and make our Internet services still more attractive. These anonymized data are stored on secure systems separately from the personal information, and cannot be traced back to individual persons. Your personal data and your private sphere are thus protected at all times.
Unless with the consent of their parents or guardians, persons less than 16 years of age should not supply any personal data to us. We do not request personal data from children and young persons, we do not collect it or forward it to third parties.
You may use external links offered in the course of our web pages; however this data protection declaration does not extend to those links. Where we offer links we do take the trouble to ascertain that they comply with our standards for data protection and safety. However we have no influence over other providers and their compliance with data protection and safety provisions. Use of special services on our web page
For certain services (online shop, dealer area) it is necessary that personal data are collected. In such cases the data collected are exclusively those necessary for the specific purpose, and are held for the periods statutorily required.
Personal data are necessary for operation of a customer account. The necessary data are marked with an “*” at registration. By performing registration you agree to the use of these data for operation of the customer account. Further data are necessary in connection with the type of payment for placing orders in the online shop. These arise from the type of payment selected.
Payment in the online shop
For processing payments we pass your payment data to the credit institute mandated to take the payment. Credit card data are not stored, they are collected directly by our payment services provider PayPal, and processed by them. Matters requiring protection are handled in compliance with statutory provisions.
Your data are passed to the delivery carrier, insofar as this is necessary for delivery of the goods.

We use various cookies on our web page to analyze the use of the web page and to advertise our products in a targeted way.
Various cookies are used in the course of performing Google Analytics. These may vary over the course of time. Therefore at this point we summarize the use of Google Analytics only in general terms.

Google Analytics permits a pseudonym ID to be assigned to data, sessions and interactions over multiple devices. This permits the analysis of user activities across multiple devices.

Therefore the data are processed within a country of the EU or within a country of the EEA that has is a signatory of the convention. In exceptional cases it may happen that the full IP address is forwarded to a server in the USA where it is truncated. The IP address transmitted from your browser by Google Analytics is not forwarded to Google with the other data. In our contract with Google, it evaluates the data and provides us with reports about the activities on the web page and use of the web page. Furthermore Google also provides services associated with the use of the web page and the Internet. Our legitimate interest in the processing the data is also based on this purpose. The legal basis for this rests on § 15 para.3 TMG and art. 6 para.1 of F DSGVO. After 14 months, data collected by the cookies is this way are automatically deleted as a monthly block.

By using the opt-out cookies (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) you can prevent Google processing the data. To do this you must download and install the browser add-on. If you wish to achieve this on several devices, you must install the add-on for all those devices.

Every person affected has the right to obtain correction of the personal data recorded on them.
Right to deletion
Every person affected has the right have the personal data recorded on them deleted, providing this is not prevented by any statutory obligations.
Right to restriction
Every person affected has the right to restrict the use of the personal data recorded on them for other purposes.
Right of refusal
Every person affected has the right to refuse the use of the personal data recorded on them for other purposes.
Right of data transmission
Every person affected has the right to have the personal data recorded on them transmitted to third parties for other purposes.
